The list behind him is a who's who of the tournament's creative forces. beIN Sports reports that Lionel Messi and Bruno Guimaraes each finished with four assists, joined by Kylian Mbappe, Brahim Diaz and Martin Odegaard on the same tally.
Olise's contribution was all the more remarkable given France ultimately finished fourth, losing a thrilling third-place match to England but clearly producing one of the tournament's most gifted individual performers.
